Where we ship
We ship within Canada only by Canada Post.

Shipping rates
- Orders under $200: flat rate of $15
- Orders of $200 or more: free shipping
- In-salon pickup: always free

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a Canada Post tracking number. Delivery times are estimates from Canada Post and aren't guaranteed.

In-salon pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 1 business day. Pick it up at 3011 14 Street SW, Calgary, during salon hours. Please have your order number handy. We'll hold your order for 14 days.

Stock
Sold-out items stay marked as sold out on our site. We don't take backorders, so anything you can add to your cart is in stock.

Taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. The Beverly is registered for GST. Applicable GST/HST is calculated at checkout.

Address and delivery issues
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships. If your tracking shows a delay, or your parcel arrives damaged, email concierge@thebeverly.ca and we'll help sort it out with Canada Post.
